'Mini Plated' Competition organised by the Emirates Culinary Guild

Our very own Chef Prabhu (top row-second from right), Chef De Partie of AZ.U.R. Restaurant, was part of the U.S. Beef and Export Federation ‘Mini Plated’ Competition organised by the Emirates Culinary Guildat the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek.

Over 18 hotels participating from Dubai with 55 Chefs, the criteria of the competition was to have 3 main course plates with #USBeef parts as the only #Proteinand all plates be static-glazed with Aspic.
